Off-Season Program
At Saskatoon Freestyle, our commitment to athlete development extends beyond the winter season with comprehensive off-season training programs. These programs are designed to keep our athletes in peak condition and continuously progressing in their skills. Our off-season training includes a variety of activities such as Dryland and conditioning workouts, water ramping, air bagging, trampoline training, and mental performance coaching. Each component is tailored to enhance specific aspects of freestyle skiing, ensuring that our athletes are prepared to excel when they return to the slopes.
